$52,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST · No weekends · Fully remote

What You'll Do
- —Speak with inbound life insurance prospects who have requested information.
- —Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- —Guide clients through the application process.
- —Follow our proven sales process and presentation.
- —Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- —Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- —Hold active life insurance licenses in at least 15 states (or be willing to obtain them before onboarding).
- —Be eligible to become contracted with and/or released from: Mutual of Omaha, American Amicable, Aflac, Transamerica, and Corebridge.
- —Be available for full-time employment, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
- —Be able to remain active in a company Zoom room during scheduled working hours.
- —Have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment.
- —Possess strong communication and phone sales skills.
- —Be coachable, self-motivated, and committed to following a proven process.
