Shannon is a Charlotte, NC native who still calls the city home. Her mom and dad mean the world to her, and she's a devoted presence in the lives of her niece and nephew, who she feels are a reflection of her late brother. Shannon loves nature — from hiking to beaches, anything outdoors — and enjoys flying drones to capture nature's beauty from a bird's eye view. Fun fact: in her spare time, she flies a Cessna 172 Skyhawk. Shannon's path to insurance is deeply personal.
